Buddleja Davidii Royal Red - 14cm

Buddleja Davidii Royal Red is a fast-growing deciduous to semi-deciduous flowering shrub valued for long clusters of richly coloured blooms that are attractive to butterflies and other pollinating insects. It makes a useful background shrub in sunny mixed borders, cottage gardens and wildlife-friendly plantings where a loose flowering form is appropriate. Buddleja responds well to pruning, so gardeners can manage its size and encourage fresh flowering shoots rather than allowing it to become overly woody. The named selection provides a deliberate flower-colour choice and is best used where customers want strong seasonal flowering with an informal, garden-friendly habit.
