Wholesale Nursery Assistant

A hands-on role in a fast-paced wholesale nursery environment. Every day is different, and you'll be working amongst thousands of beautiful plants while helping keep our nursery running smoothly.

This is an active, physically demanding role that involves working outdoors and handling nursery stock throughout the day.

What your day could involve:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Stock control and organisation
• Watering, weeding and general nursery maintenance
• Assisting customers and using registers
• Loading, moving and handling plants and nursery stock
• Regular lifting, carrying and manual handling tasks
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
• Pay: In-line with the Nursery Award NSW + Super

HC Licensed Truck Driver

Plant Growers Direct is seeking a reliable and experienced HC Licensed Truck Driver to join our growing team in Vineyard, NSW. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can adapt to changing schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe operation of company vehicles
• Local and regional deliveries across Sydney and NSW
• Loading and unloading of stock as required
• Completing delivery documentation accurately
• Conducting vehicle checks and maintaining vehicle cleanliness
• Providing excellent customer service during deliveries

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Current HC Driver's Licence
• Good driving record
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexible availability, including early starts and occasional extended shifts

Desirable:

• Forklift Licence
• Previous transport, logistics or nursery industry experience
